Film Making

In June, Aldenham Filmclub @AldFilmClub took it’s first tentative steps into film making in June, with a 2 day film making workshop for 30 Year 9 students, during trips week. Click here for Aldenham Film Club’s Vimeo channelto see some of the short films made as part of #Pandemic2014 and the winning film ‘Infected’

Using film in the classroom: Teaching Resources

Into Film also provides a range of themed and curriculum linked resources which accompany one film or many, giving teachers resources and activities to use in the classroom, linked to specific topics and subjects. For example, linking to the Cententary of the start of World War I, Into Film has produced a whole range of resources based on the film ‘Private Peaceful’, with subject specific links to History, Geography, Citizenship, RE and Science.
